The opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Call Centre & Vendor Maintenance Officer to join our Accounts Payable team based at our Melbourne Head Office.
This position involves a high level of cooperation between the supplier, warehouses and other staff members within Symbion Pty Ltd to deliver excellence in service in all areas.
What you will do:
- Manage incoming calls and emails from suppliers
- Investigate issues and resolve promptly
- Escalation procedures are followed promptly
- Communicating effectively with various areas of the business
- Ensuring supplier queries are actioned promptly
- Vendor Master file is maintained efficiently
- Maintaining shared AP mailboxes
- Reconciling supplier statements
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Excellent communication skills
- Great customer service
- Exposure to a large ERP system
- Attention to details and ability to focus on tasks at hand
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume environment
- Effective time management skill
