We're currently seeking a motivated Contact Centre Operator to join our team and contribute towards creating healthy communities through the provision of accessible, affordable and quality health and wellbeing services.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from clients, community members, and healthcare professionals promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries.
• Assist clients with appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling as needed.
• Direct calls to appropriate departments or healthcare providers efficiently.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the client database.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure quality Customer Service and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with staff to address clients needs and concerns effectively.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in Customer Service role preferred.
• Empathetic and client-centered approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare services is desirable though not essential.
• Proficiency in using computer systems software.
