- Respond to High Volume inbound calls.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- No previous experience required, just a can-do attitude and positive disposition.
- Be technically savvy.
- Use your initiative to assist others both colleagues and customers alike to reach common goals.
