The Role
The Candidate
Minimum 2 years Call Centre experience
Outbound sales experience
Up selling and cross selling
Exceptional objection handling skills
Inbound / Outbound calls to new and/ or existing customers
Engaging in needs based conversations
Problem solving
Objection handling
Achieving KPI's
Providing exceptional Customer Service

The top ten consultants in this role all made in excess of 100 K in the last year !!!!
