About the Role
As a Customer Contact Officer, you will need to provide advice, assistance and support to customer enquiries on behalf of one of our State Government Departments.
You will be part of our Contact Centre, which is a fast-paced, energetic environment where priorities can change frequently based on the demands of our customers.
In this role, you will be making a difference in the lives of people by servicing customer interactions and supporting the wider Victorian community.
