The Role:
Storage King is currently seeking multiple full-time Customer Service Consultants to join our team at our Contact Centre based in Dandenong.
This role is perfectly suited to people who like solving problems, are motivated by achieving targets and who can work with customers to identify their needs and create value for the Storage King business.
Working Hours:
Full time - Monday to Friday - Flexible start/finish times between 7.30 am - 7 pm
Total Hours:
38 hours per week
Flexibility will be required for this role to assist in covering shifts as required.
The main responsibilities include:
- Provide support on the phone to customers across our store network throughout Australia and New Zealand.
- Provide storage solutions for new customers by–
- Identifying their storage needs.
- Understand the problem they are facing.
- Source the appropriate solution.
- Most importantly- ask for the business!
- Offer guidance on our packing and moving services.
- Support our Store based teams across the country in providing great customer experiences and the performance of our store network
What will you need:
- Experience in a Call Centre environment and sales is a must.
- The ability to own the customers experience
- A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- The ability to build rapport with customers over the telephone and in online communications.
- Strong attention to detail and an excellent “follow up” focus to resolve customer queries
- Enjoy achieving targets and goals.
- Demonstrated computer skills with good understanding of Microsoft (Outlook, Excel etc.) and exposure to working with internal systems/databases.
