Our helpdesk is a professional team who are looking for like-minded bright and RELIABLE people to assist with customer service of key corporate clients and coordinating field technicians. In this role you will manage customer service calls and organise bookings with NO OUTBOUND SALES CALLS REQUIRED.
The successful candidates will be well presented with exemplary communication and interpersonal skills. Phone manner is extremely important and your referees will be contacted to ensure reliability and capability.
Previous background in the following will be well regarded:-
** Contact Centre
** Customer Service
** Retail or Hospitality
** Microsoft Office
** Computer literate
