We currently have a vacancy for a Call Centre Operator for our Sales Contact Centre. This role will be based at our office in Truganina.

Duties include
- Answer incoming Sales calls and respond to customer’s emails/enquiries.
- Making outbound calls to existing or potential new customers
- Recommend products and process customer orders
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Liaise with business partners
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Upsell products and services
- Other duties as assigned
Skills required
- Prior Tyre or Automotive experience preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A willingness to learn and adapt to a changing environment
