It is an exciting time for our Contact Centre Team as we are expanding operations .This move will allow us to accommodate our growing team, and with this increased capacity, to actively recruit a large number of enthusiastic customer service professionals to join our fantastic Contact Centre.
Location
Our Dental Surgery is in Mount Annan and is well serviced by public transport and ample space for parking
The Role
You will be managing predominantly inbound and outbound calls from patients in a high-volume dynamic Contact Centre environment. The role will see you make and amend bookings for dental procedures, and provide billing information relating to the procedure .
This is an environment of regular change that will enable you to work and support patients and healthcare professionals across multiple areas and across multiple service delivery channels (telephone, online and email).
Rostering
9 Day roster Per Fortnight
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri and alternate Saturday per fortnight availability required
Our contact centre currently operates
Monday,Tuesday : 09:00 am to 06:30pm,
Wednesday and Thursday : 8:30 am - 7:30 pm
Friday : 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ,
Saturday : 9am to 3:00pm.
Training
We will set you up to succeed with initial induction training and includes side-by-side support, monitoring and ongoing coaching, feedback and development.
Dentistry is a complex and fascinating subject. While it may be a lot of information to absorb, we are confident a combination of our training, ongoing support, your natural curiosity and perseverance will see you swiftly master the subject matter and successfully utilise it in your role.

Successful applicants will have excellent English communication skills, great telephone manner, good PC and systems skills, with a reasonable typing speed and accuracy.
