ABOUT THE ROLE
- You will play a key role in managing our customers' experience.
- You'll be responsible for the efficient operation of the clinic by calling through the existing database and booking in appointments.
- You'll have the opportunity to learn and efficiently use a range of software and applications to provide the best possible service to our customers.
- You have at least 2 years of experience working in an administrative or call centre environment.
- You have experience making outbound sales calls.
- You possess strong organizational, problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- You have excellent organizational and prioritizing skills and can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- You have the ability to be flexible within the workplace and work effectively within a team environment.
