What you'll be doing…
You will complete a Certificate III Business qualification over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:
- Handle both in-house and external guest service requests from guests and other departments via phone, email and other channels.
- Handle incoming reservations calls and inquiries, upselling packages and promotions.
- Provide guests with recommendations or referrals.
- Assist with other projects as requested by team leaders and department managers.
- Assist in general duties that are within the limits of the skills, competence, and ability of a trainee.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria:
- Commitment to both on and off the job training
- Ability to work across a flexible roster
- Have previous customer service experience, either face to face or over the phone
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- True passion for providing excellent customer service
