We are an established boutique inbound and outbound Call Centre company based in Banyo 4014, seeking Call Centre Staff to join our team.
We have full time, part time and causal roles available for the right candidate.
The role will involve undertaking telephone based B2B and B2B2C inbound and outbound TeleSurvey, Customer Service and outbound TeleMarketing / appointment setting calls with our clients existing customers or businesses. Often these calls are to set up sales appointments for our client’s sales team however can also include conducting surveys, market research and providing timely reminders for appointments.
The role is varied over different well-known clients, alternating services, and unique campaigns. With many different processes across many different clients, we are looking for someone who can multitask, think on their feet, and still retain a positive telephone manner.
This role is not a sales role as such however the successful candidate should be able to identify and progress a sales opportunity.

• A world class phone manner
• The ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
A highly competitive hourly rate is being offered. We are also flexible and may be happy to tailor the hours to suit whatever commitments the right candidate may have. Minimum 3 days per week and alternating Saturday shifts.
