Form of workWe are looking for an experienced Outbound Appointment Setting Call Centre Team Leader to recruit, train, coach, mentor and motivate a team of Outbound Appointment Setters.
About the role:
Based in our West Perth office, you will be responsible for recruitment, coaching and delivering results through your team. The MMH Group, established in 2011 provides finance, property, insurance, financial planning and accounting services to its members. The position involves booking appointments for our consultants in Western Australia.
This is a full-time position where you will be leading a team of 12 outbound customer service officers under the guidance and support of our National Call Centre Manager.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated leadership experience for a medium sized team.
- Strong experience in an outbound Call Centre environment.
- Previous experience in coaching, mentoring and developing a high performing Call Centre Team.
- An agile mindset, understanding of best practice and how to transition to high performance.
- Strong understanding of effective phone communication and customer drivers.
- Outbound appointment setting and customer service focus/experience essential.
- Ability to effectively manage change.
- Strong influencing and relationship building skills.
- Good analytical skills and ability to analyse data/reports and act on that information to increase performance.
- Strong self-awareness and ability to draw on your experience to bring new ideas to take the team forward.

Key points to consider prior to applying:
- Must be able to work to 8pm (Monday to Friday)
- Must be able to work rotating Saturday’s 9:30am to 1:30pm
