Your new role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality customer service through strong customer engagement in a high-volume Contact Centre environment.
- Maintaining accurate data records in a customer management system to ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Maintaining currency in knowledge of policy, legislation and related business processes to respond to customer needs efficiently and effectively.
- Must adhere and meet to Contact Centre KPI’s on a daily and monthly basis
What you'll need to succeed
- Be highly empathetic and resilient, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have customer service or call centre experience
- Strong technical experience, with the ability to use multiple platforms and databases
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving
- The ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
