- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, including roles in call centers, administration, or retail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Proficient typing, mouse, and monitor usage.
- Strong email etiquette.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Teams.
- While specific software training will be provided, candidates must be technically savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
Desirable
- Previous experience in government roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
