AddressAusRAMD Engineering is seeking a skilled CNC Machine CAM Programmer to join our dynamic team in a sustainable growth industry. This role is office based and will involve programming CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CNC programs using Inventor CAM software based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for each job.
- Conduct tooling changes, machine adjustments and other improvements as needed to improve quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Stay informed about advancements in CNC technology and machining techniques, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Trade/Certificate/Diploma in technical field or Certification in CNC machining is preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC programmer and machinist, experience in Inventor CAM is a plus.
- We encourage candidates with any CAM experience to apply. On-the-job training will be provided for an ideal candidate.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling selection, and cutting parameters.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and machining methods
