Campaign Coordinator

Creatoroo is one of Australia’s marketing leading user-generated content (UGC) agencies which works with brands from across the globe to create engaging, social driven campaigns with its network of 2000+ creators.

We believe the creative process for social has become too slow and cumbersome, focussed too much on winning awards - not actually cutting through and driving meaningful results for brands. Our goal at Creatoroo is to work with brands to connect to the ever-growing creator network and to position their business in the conversation on socials through both paid and organic channels. Creatoroo is a strategic growth arm of its parent industry leading full service digital marketing agency, Vonnimedia.

We're on the hunt for an ambitious Campaign Coordinator to come in as we scale up the UGC operations. You'll be working with the Campaign Manager and Director to bring campaigns with clients to life. You'll have a passion for everything social, working with some of Australia's best short-form content creators. 

Responsibilities

• Support campaign manager/s to support brands to develop UGC and social strategies
• Manage the delivery of campaigns with creators and production, ensuring timely delivery.
• Work with key client stakeholders and suppliers to foster and build long-term partnerships.
• Implement process improvement activities to
• Execute digital marketing strategies to acquire and retain new clients for Creatoroo.
• Partner with account managers from our parent Agency, Vonnimedia to seek out opportunities for growth and create meaningful strategic campaigns.

Qualifications/Key Skills

• Experience in a marketing/Talent management/social media management and/or campaign role
• Speedy and timely delivery of deadlines
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Eager to grow and build a company that is at the cutting edge of creative development
