Administration Assistant – Avoca Ward Clerk
Permanent Part Time – 48 hours per fortnight

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer focused individual to join the Avoca Team on a permanent basis. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and outstanding administration support on an ongoing basis.

Essential
Qualifications:
- Qualification and/or experience in Administration desirable.
Technical/Professional Knowledge and skills
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to utilise a range of different software including but not limited to; Microsoft Office, i.Patient Manager (iPM) and Visage.
- Demonstrated excellent phone technique and customer service focus.
- Ability to demonstrate highly developed communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to screen and attend to confidential and sensitive enquiries.
Desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Enthusiastic, committed and motivated approach with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to be flexible and attentive to the varied and changing requirements of a busy office environment.
