Position:Rostering Officer
Location: Onsite at 560 North East Road Holden Hill SA 5088
Employment Status: Full Time
Hours: During the first week, your training hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. After completing the induction, your regular working hours will be Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Rostering Officer to join our team. The Rostering Officer will play a crucial role in managing the scheduling and coordination of support workers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain rosters for support workers, ensuring appropriate coverage for client services.
- Process rosters and support worker time sheets accurately and efficiently.
- Manage support worker leave applications and ensure all client service provision shifts are covered.
- Maintain up-to-date records of support worker availability and client assignments.
- Liaise with HR for recruitment requirements and assist in managing support worker workload.
- Undertake administrative tasks including word processing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Essential Criteria:
- Commitment to the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn industry-specific software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with limited supervision.
- Proven ability to manage workload, plan, and organise tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer service and ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to undergo training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Essential Minimum Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Check - Or be willing to gain
- DCSI Working with Children Clearance - Or be willing to gain
- Current Driver's License
- NDIS Orientation Certificate - Or be willing to gain
