Responsible for the preparation of both hot and cold food, adhering to relevant timelines for recess and lunch.
General cleaning and maintain cleanliness as per the mandated Health and Safety program and OHS guidelines.
Ordering of stock, phone orders, checking deliveries and all supplies against invoices and delivery dockets.
Ensuring that the correct food and hygiene practices are observed to prevent food spoilage and contamination. Temperature control and logging of temperatures as required by the Food Safety Program Template from the Department of Human Services.
Restocking of shelves and fridges.
Provide a high standard of customer service to students and staff.
Process student and staff orders as required.
Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
