The role is based in a suburb less than 10k north-west of the Melbourne CBD and accessible by rail.
The site retails new and used around 80 – 100 units per month. The role is quite broad with heaps of variety and involves:
- Deal Processing
- Accounts Payable
- Banking/Bank Reconciliations
- Relief to Stock Control – Registrations
- Prior experience in an automotive environment is an advantage, but not essential
- DMS – Era (an advantage)
- Microsoft Office (word, excel)
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail & accuracy is essential
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to work autonomously with limited supervision
