Car Park Project Manager

All in all, we operate over 60 centres across Australia. 

Role purpose

The key purpose of the Car Park Project Manager is to fast track the successful delivery of major parking projects across static Centres in line with the 10-year capex plan and approved feasibility. 

Where required, take ownership of, and deliver major development projects effectively managing the parking process from feasibility, design and implementation ensuring exceptional outcomes are achieved to support retailer sales targets and customer satisfaction ratings. 

The role will also be required to work with the parking team to develop and provide new and innovative parking solutions for multi-use projects.

• You will have exceptional time management and prioritisation skills with an excellent ability to balance strategic and technical operational projects simultaneously.
• Renowned for your strong project and stakeholder management skills you will have the proven capability in dealing with a range of key stakeholders across the business and wider industry to ensure project outcomes are achieved.
• Your strong problem solving and communication capabilities have been pivotal to your proven success in addressing critical issues and delivering projects on time, on Budget satisfying all necessary approvals eg council and major retailers.
• A strong commercial acumen coupled with your ability to drive innovative solutions will see you thrive in working in our agile environment focused on delivering exceptional results.
