About the role:
Your role as the Project Manager will directly report to the Senior Project Manager. You will be involved in the coordination, development, and delivery aspects of the Asset Regeneration Program.
We're looking for someone with:
- Extensive experience in delivery of construction projects in value of at least $1 million and of up to projects in value of $5 million.
- A tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, project or construction management or in a related field
- Government (federal, state and/or local) delivery experience required, and diverse industry experience.
- Demonstrated Stakeholder management experience.
- Working knowledge of planning and approvals such as Cultural Heritage Management Plans, FFG Permits and Heritage Victoria Permits.
- Complete accountability for a project, with experience in both client side and consultant side project management.
