Parks Victoria is seeking a Project Support Officer to join a supportive and motivated team to develop your career with a progressive organisation.
As the Project Support Officer, your role will support the team with the administration, financial management, and co-ordination of the delivery aspects of the required infrastructure upgrades. You will be a highly effective communicator with the ability to convey complex and time sensitive information to a range of internal and external stakeholders, including taking a proactive problem solving and collaborative approach to your interactions with team members. You will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders throughout the planning and delivery phases of the projects. Your role will also monitor the regular updating and adherence to the Parks Victoria P3M delivery framework is implemented.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in business and administrative support
- Excellent communication, administration and financial skills
- A friendly and proactive approach to problem solving and providing support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers
- Experience with finance systems and processes, procurement platforms and document management software
