Position Purpose:
Support Ontime Health Agency - Homecare division in delivering high-quality Nurses and Support Workers to customers across Victoria, focusing on home care services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage shift fulfilment and care staff across various locations, specialising in home care services.
- Respond promptly to customer and client requests, ensuring effective communication with all team members.
- Maintain client records in the roster system, including support plans, service level agreements, and home site safety checklists.
- Book/replacement of care staff daily, record on the roster system, and confirm bookings via email.
- Ensure compliance requirements for all home care staff, achieve fulfillment rate targets, and provide regular shift updates to the allocations team.
