As a Care Leader you will have the opportunity to manage budgets, build relationships and work closely with clients that have a variety of government funded packages such as:·
- Home Care Package (HCP)
- Short Term Restorative Care (STRC)
- Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for Care leaders (Case Managers) with all levels of experience to be part of our national team to deliver in-home Aged Care in their local communities. You will work in a team environment in partnership with our clients, family carers and other Prompt Care staff.
