This position has responsibility for coordination of a team of staff in the provision of high quality client care in a Community Access or base setting. The incumbent also provides direct care assistance and support for clients within this Community Access or base setting as a member of the support team in that environment. This position may be responsible for managing a team across one or more locations. The available contracted hours are open to negotiation with the successful candidate.
A relevant qualification or the desire and ability to obtain
Demonstrated evidence in the ability to grow innovative programs in response to market needs to meet organisational growth objectives.
Demonstrated experience in providing high quality disability support services
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of client centred planning approaches that lead to achievement of client goals
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage to achieve high quality outcomes
Very good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
