We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader – Community Access.
This position has responsibility for coordination of a team of staff in the provision of high quality client care in a Community Access setting whilst also providing direct care assistance and support for clients.
Based in the Burnie region, you will establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders including clients, families and guardians to enable enhanced independence, community participation and individual needs.
An appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed and/or will have attained previous experience in a relevant industry, service or an equivalent level of expertise and experience to undertake the range of activities required

- Knowledge of client centred planning approaches that lead to client goal achievements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve high quality outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
