We are seeking a dynamic Nursing/Area Manager with a background in health and management to join us in shaping the future of compassionate care.
Steering the expansion of At Home Care in Sydney, the Nursing/Area Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering client relationships and assembling a skilled care team committed to providing exceptional support.
Skills and Experience
- A tertiary qualification in Nursing, Health or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the health sector with established professional networks
- A minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience leading and developing a team
- Experience working with clients with ABI’s and/or spinal injuries is desirable
- Experience and knowledge of the NDIS is desirable
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish strong rapport and trust
Mandatory Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening check
- Working with children check
- NSW drivers’ license
- Right to work in Australia
