- Registered Nurse - AHPRA registration.
- A clinical management background preferably within Aged Care however will accept applications for NUMs in a Hospital.
- In depth knowledge of the Aged Care Industry and the Aged Care standards.
- A strong commitment to excellence and quality in the provision of aged care related services with a sound working knowledge of quality principles and accreditation.
- A team player who is confident and managing and leading a team from the front.
- Proactive and positive approach, you will have a genuine care for residents and their families.
