AddressCare and Security Manager
About the role
As part of our on-going contract with the Department of Justice, Ventia have a rare opportunity for a Care and Security Manager to join the Armadle Courthouse team in WA, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
This role requires you to
- Supervise staff in the manned court area
- Prepare duty rosters, including allocating daily duties and staff
- Liaise with the Court Coordinator on all staffing matters
- Check all warrants and other relevant official paperwork in your delegated court
- Effective communication with all court function operators
- Report directly to Operations Manager on any incidence
What you need
- MUST have full working rights in Australia
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Federal Police Check, Criminal Check and Working with Children Check
- Control and restraint experience
- Senior First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain
- Industry Experience desirable
- Ability to lead and support a team
- Exceptional communication skills
- High focus on safety and security awareness
