We are a boutique investment and financial advisory firm based in Subiaco seeking an experienced and motivated Client Service Officer / Client Service Manager to join our friendly, hardworking team. Key Responsibilities:
Managing an allocation of workflow from our two Advisers, your duties will include;
- Maintaining valued relationships and assisting with queries from our high net worth client base.
- Assisting the advisory team to continue to deliver our high service standards.
- Coordinating and preparing documentation required for our new and existing clients while working within service timeframes.
- Managing implementation of new business and strategic advice.
- Maintaining accurate data and records.
- Liaising with our professional networks; administration service providers, accountants, insurance providers, Licensee, etc.
- Transacting ASX listed securities for client portfolios, via our service providers, as instructed.
- Providing non advice related client experience and service to clients.
- General administrative duties.
- Some technical research, as required by the advisers or clients.
Key Requirements:
To be successful for this role you must have;
- Previous Client Service experience (preferably within the financial services industry).
- Excellent communication skills (phone and written) and professional presentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work cohesively in a small, dedicated team environment.
- High level of integrity and ethics.
- A flexible, proactive attitude and pragmatic approach to meeting client's needs.
- A sound knowledge of Xplan or similar industry CRM software is required.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience will be highly regarded.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
