Easec is an accredited rehabilitation provider offering services to Public and Private sectors in the areas of Outplacement, Occupational Injury Management and Vocational Rehabilitation. We are accredited with Comcare and WorkCover QLD to assist injured individuals to return to work.
We are looking for a permanent/contract/casual Career Consultants to join our professional and dedicated Southeast Queensland Team.
Your Opportunity
Working with a diverse client base to create tailored resume development, interview training and job seeking services to assist clients gain new employment/work trials. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcome for people returning to work after an injury or illness or transitioning to a new career.
You will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have the confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems, achieve outcomes and can work independently.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 1+ year experience in Employment services, Case Management/Disability Employment
- Strong resume writing skills with a good understanding of local labour market
- A passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers
- The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers
- Experience in Disability/ Employment Services HIGHLY desirable.
- Experience in Occupational and/ or Vocational Rehabilitation HIGHLY desirable
- Current driver's license and motor vehicle.
