Address- DAYS: I am looking for a 4 day a week caretaker able to grow to 5 days a week working Monday to Friday. Or possibly Sunday afternoon for an hour and a later start on Monday. 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm.
- TASKS: The position will require you to drive around to apartment blocks to complete mowing, line trimming, hedging, vacuuming, leaf blowing, mopping, weeding and glass cleaning.
Most properties also require putting bins in an out.
The properties are all within South Yarra, Toorak, Prahran, Windsor, St Kilda East and Balaclava.
- REQUIREMENTS: Driving license, phone, police check and working with children check are all required and can be reimbursed upon evidence provided.
Horticultural background would be helpful but not mandatory.
Ideally live close to the area.
- PERSONALITY TRAITS: We strive to provide a high level of service to customers and require a similar approach to the caretaking side of the business. Attention to detail, ability to manage your own time, take before and after photos.
- PAY: Salary between $60,000 to $70,000 depending on your experience and performance.
