Crew House provides seasonal worker accommodation for both overseas & local workers. We have several facilities with more coming online . Our foundation and goal is to accommodate people safely and comfortably where people are respected.

Qualifications & experience

• Have demonstrated the ability to lead as part of team
• The kind of nature that keeps your cool and remains patient
• A track record of upholding the rules and values of the team and the business
• Experience in procurement and negotiations
• A track record of using your strategic vision
• Able to undertake market analysis through gathered market intel - being aware and asking questions
• Able to form partnerships and alliances

Tasks & responsibilities

• The continual improvement of systems and processes
• The management of guest accommodation
• The management of indoor and outdoor common areas
• The management of cleaning and maintenance crews where needed
• The running of maintenance schedules and relationships with trades people
• The management of arrival inductions and departure processing
• Populating guest logs and sending of reports to head office
• Liaising with auditors and managing the audit and compliance processes
• Ensure that inventory is properly managed and verify that all tools and equipment are accounted for and intact.

This a full time position with more. It is a a minimum 12 month contract that includes:
