The Accoras Team
Accoras has been delivering mental health and wellbeing services for South-East Queensland children, young people and families for 30 years. Our ParentsNext program works with parents of young children to identify and then support them to achieve education and employment goals. Our ParentsNext program is highly effective and we know we are making a real difference, so we need people who are passionate about supporting people to connect with local services and break through any barriers they face.
The role
The purpose of this role, which reports to the Regional Leader, is to manage a case load, working within guidelines set by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. Your focus will be on helping participants to create a pathway to education and/or employment for themselves and supporting them to reach their goals.
This is a full-time, fixed term contract until 31 October 2024 (with the possibility of moving to a permanent position). Working from various sites, you will provide outreach support within the Somerset region, with all work-related travel reimbursed.

Accoras was named ‘Best Workplace 2021’ by Voice Project – an achievement we’re really proud of! Our team rated Wellbeing, Health and Safety and Teamwork as the top three things they like about Accoras, highlighting our genuine care for our people at all levels.
