They will identify barriers and provide practical, in-home support for carers, oversee case management activity, provide parenting and trauma information for carers and specific supports for children to strengthen links to community and culture. This is an Ongoing Full-Time opportunity (Part time and/or job share would be considered for the right applicant) based in Newman, WA within our Intensive Family Support Services/ Family Care Support Services Program.
