Due to internal promotions we are seeking 2 Case Managers to join our team in Devonport.
TassieCare have a complex and fast-paced operating environment, which means that there is never a dull day and always something new to learn.
As a Case Manager You will lead and provide supervision to Team Coordinators & Support Workers across multiple teams, engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the highest level of care, supports and services for NDIS participants.
Our Case Managers work schedule will follow a 4-week rotating roster, which includes weekdays, weekends, and on-call shifts. This schedule ensures adequate coverage and flexibility for both you and the company.
As part of your role, you will be required to be on-call during specified times. This entails being available to respond to urgent matters or emergencies outside of regular working hours. To support you in this capacity, a mobile phone and laptop will be provided for your use.
