We have multiple entry level roles available in our claims teams where you will manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims and liaise with injured workers, employers, and their treating health practitioners. Case Management is a team effort! We have designated specialists who are experienced and here to support you such as Technical Specialists, Injury Management Specialists, Mobile Case Managers and Team Leaders. Your focus will be on providing a high level of service and supporting injured workers to recover from workplace injury and return to work. Our Claim models and Training programs are designed to ensure that our Case Managers and Specialists work together collaboratively so you and your customers will truly be supported.As part of our interview process, successfully reviewed applicants will need to be available to attend a face-to-face group interview on Monday the 25th or Tuesday the 26th of March. This will be a full time, permanent position commencing on the 6th of May 2024 based in either of our Newcastle King St or Honeysuckle offices, with flexibility to work from home once you've completed training. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESProvide early, timely and personal customer focused and empathetic service to injured workers and employersProactively and effectively manage all aspects of a caseload of worker's compensation claims within the legislation and compliance guidelinesDeliver the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and manage the end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of casesProvide accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand (including options about any claim, entitlements, obligations and responsibilities)Conduct claims reviews, case conferences or face to face meetings with clients as requiredABOUT YOUPrevious experience within a medical, hospitality, retail or corporate field, specialising in customer serviceWillingness to go above and beyond for customersThrive on working in a team environment and collaborating with othersProactive, self-motivated and can think creatively when engaging with stakeholders such as workers, employers and providersHigh attention to detail and organisational skills
