- Tertiary qualifications in social science, case management, social work or as a minimum a diploma in community services, mental health, youth work or disability
- Excellent case noting and report writing skills
- Excellent knowledge and/ or experience in the Disability Service Standards and legislation
- Excellent knowledge and/or experience within the National Disability Insurance Scheme framework
- Experience in working with people from diverse and disadvantage backgrounds
- Proven experience using IT platforms and the ability to quickly learn new technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to travel to Beaudesert, Logan and Ipswich area's to visit participant's
