Case Manager/Operational Coordination (4 Positions Available)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our client's Regional Delivery team as Case Managers/Operational Coordinators. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting impacted residents by assessing Disaster Relief Grant applications, conducting assessments, and managing claims

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end case management for allocated Disaster Relief Grant (DRG) applicants
• Report potential complaints and/or appeals to the Manager of DRG Program Delivery

Qualifications: The successful candidates will possess the following:

• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage complex customer interactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in case management or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with Disaster Relief Grant applications and assessment procedures is advantageous
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
