The Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide assistance to job seekers who are residing in Social Housing, preparing them to get a job, and keep it. This involves ensuring all contacts with job seekers/participants are job focused and paying attention to what they can do, not what they can’t do.
The Case Worker will provide intensive case management to a pool of eligible participants under the Opportunity Pathways - Social Impact Investment and Casework Support Program.

Demonstrated ability in the documentation of client records and maintaining client confidentiality.
Current NSW driver’s license
Be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check, Criminal History Check and NDIS Working Screening.
