Kyabra Community Association Inc. provides strengths based integrated responses to people in our community. Service work involves partnership with individuals and families to identify goals, develop strategies and evaluate outcomes.
This may involve a range of activities/functions including: Assessment, Advocacy, Interpersonal Support Work, Co-ordination, Case Management, Community Development and other such responses that facilitate the achievement of specified goals.
Due to additional funding, and an internal staff secondment, we are seeking a Case Worker who will work as part of our KEIHS Team: Keys to Early Intervention Homelessness Service, an early intervention case management program working with individuals and families to support at-risk tenancies within the communities where KEIHS is co-located with host agencies. This role is based in the Moreton area.
Experience and knowledge in the housing and homelessness sector is essential for this role. Knowledge of client management systems such as QHIP and/or other databases are highly desirable, as well as case management experience.

Salary and conditions are in accordance with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 4 ($41.52 - $44.68 per hour).
A Bachelor Degree in Social Work/Human Services or similar is an essential requirement for this role.
