Form of workOur client is a well respected organization specializing in delivering family support and out-of-home care services tailored for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and foster/kinship carers. You will also need to work in collaboration with families and community stakeholders to assess and work towards permanency for each young person. This will include helping them to build connections in the community as well as assisting them to independent living.

This role will involve;
- Comprehensive case management for Aboriginal young people, families, and foster/kinship carers.
- Collaborate with families and community stakeholders to assess and strive towards permanency for each young person.
- Assist in building community connections and facilitating the transition to independent living.
The requirements for this role include;
- Minimum of a Diploma in Community Welfare and/or demonstrated relevant experience.
- Theoretical and practical skills in the areas of risk assessment and case management of the target group.
- Possession of a current Driver’s License valid in NSW is required.
- Current WWCC & National Police Check conducted in the last 6 months
- Compliant with current Covid 19 vaccination requirements
