We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the role of Casual Administration Assistant. This position will work across different areas of the College to cover sick and holiday leave. While we are flexible with hours and days you must be available to work on a Friday to be considered for this position.
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience gained in an administration role
- Possess a calm, friendly and professional manner
- Have the ability to work collaboratively with the administration team to provide a high quality customer service experience for students, parents and staff
- Have effective communication skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrate an understanding of the ethos of a Catholic school and its mission
