What You Will Be Doing
Peninsula Health currently has an opportunity for an experienced administration staff member to join our Mental Health team on a Casual basis. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, the Administration Assistant will assist in all areas of Mental Health community, inpatient and residential Teams to function at their best.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Intermediate to advanced ability to use MS office suite of programs
• Ability to prepare letters, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language
• Extensive administration experience and switchboard functions
• Ability to plan, organise and deliver on competing work demands
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment as well as independently
• Current Victorian Driver’s license
• Familiarity with the provisions of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022, including the Mental Health principles

*Please refer to salary circular for VICTORIAN PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021 – 2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
