The Role
School Hours - 0900-1430 / Monday to Friday
Serve as a point of contact for customer and supplier inquiries, regarding account issues, accounts payable or receivable.
Provide administration support with day-to-day workflow
Maintaining the customer and supplier data base
Vehicle registrations and file maintenance
Assisting in maintaining personnel records
General filing and maintenance
Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.
Managing of data resources including but not limited to MYOB.
Ordering stationary and office supplies
Process invoices, payments, and expenses, reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
Support the Administration Manager in Queensland where required
About You
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or logistics industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced experience with MYOB accounting software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as required.
