Role
- Administrative tasks, customer service, training into specific office roles to support existing staff with member services.
Hours of Work
- Requirement to work various hours each week - minimum 18 maximum 30 as directed by management.
- Office opening hours 8.30-4.30 Mon-Thurs and 8.00-4.00 Friday
- Clerks Award MA000002 (Relevant classification based on experience)
Skills/Tasks
- Microsoft 365 applications i.e. Word, Excel, Email essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and support other staff roles as required.
- Customer service.
- Preparedness to take instructions and work co-operatively in a team.
