AddressToys Muffler and Mechanical Shop in Redcliffe is a family-owned business that will be in operation for 50 years as of mid 2024 and is looking for a casual Administrative and Receptionist Assistant.
Job Role:
- 3 Days Per Week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) 7.30am - 3.30pm.
- Day to day office Administration / Reception tasks including but not limited to -
- Managing front desk operations, including greeting and dealing with customers and handling incoming calls with professionalism.
- Invoicing customers.
- Checking and balancing statements.
- Replying to emails.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous administrative and reception experience.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment including face to face and over the phone.
- Proven computer literary and efficiency with a good understanding of Microsoft Office - Word and Outlook.
- The ability to quickly learn new programs and eager to pick up company processes.
- A warm professional manner with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Reliable, well presented and able to represent Toys Muffler and Mechanical Shop in a professional manner.
- Some Accounting Knowledge not required but is preferable.
