Casual Chef De Partie

The Bennett Hotel is looking to build on it's already strong & experienced team. We have a great opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our ranks. 

With excellent pay rates, fantastic working scheduled including a well balanced roster, and potential for growth & development within the growing business - this could be the perfect fit for those looking for a change. 

The role is flexible with both day & evening shifts, with approximately 25hrs per week. The role could potentially move into a fulltime position for the right candidate.  

You will have the support with a stable team of 5 existing permanent chefs, along with the venue owners.

The Role:

• We require a hardworking and passionate Chef de Partie to work alongside a successful and experienced kitchen team
• You will be assisting other chefs in the day-to-day operations of a busy kitchen
• The role includes work on multiple facets of the kitchen including food preparation, larder & fryers. Experience in all sections is preferrable.

About you

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Excellent communication skills – liaising with F&B service teams and other departments as required 
• A great attitude is vital - positive, engaged, practical, and flexible.
